My Self-Help
A dealer and/or manufacturer can help with assembly or material defects and warranties
If you bought a brand-new vehicle with mechanical problems, talk to the dealer. The dealer may be able to help with some issues. If talking to the dealer does not work, contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer means the company that made your vehicle. They can help with assembly or material defects. They can also help with warranties, safety-related defects, or recalls.
The VSA helps with problems with licensed dealers and manufacturers. Currently though, most manufacturers are not licensed by the VSA.
