I wanted changes to my vehicle
You may want changes to a vehicle as part of your purchase or lease. If so, the dealer must make sure any changes meet motor vehicle standards. The dealer must also tell you if the changes affect the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you have a complaint about the dealer’s service department, the VSA cannot help.
