A dealer must do the promised repairs
A dealer may tell you they will fix a problem with a vehicle.
BC law says a dealer must stand behind what they say when they sell a vehicle. A dealer must disclose problems at the time of a sale and fix problems you ask to be fixed. If they do not fix it, see the next page for options to resolve this issue.
