A dealer must provide the financing promised
A dealer must deliver on the things they said and promised. The dealer must provide:
- The right promised vehicle
- The promised changes or repairs to the vehicle
- The promised financing
- Any other terms agreed on
You are allowed to rely on the things a dealer tells you about the condition of the vehicle. You must be able to make an informed decision about your purchase. If the dealer does not deliver, they may be required to do so.
