Ending your lease early

The terms of your lease agreement set out the terms for ending your lease early.

To end your lease before the specified end date, follow the terms in your lease. These terms may include a termination fee or other penalties. Review your lease agreement carefully before making any decisions.

The terms in a lease are a contract between you and the dealer. BC law says the VSA does not have the authority to help in contract disputes. You may wish to talk to a lawyer about your lease.
