Option 1: I want to contact the dealer on my own

Contacting the dealer on your own may be a good opportunity to resolve your issue.

Option 2: I want to use the VSA's Online Dispute Resolution platform to deal with my issue.

Using the VSA's Online Dispute Resolution platform may be a good opportunity to resolve your issue. After you register in the platform and describe your issue, the platform will invite the dealer to negotiate a solution for your issue online.

Option 3: I want to file a formal complaint with the VSA.

Making a formal complaint to the VSA may be a good opportunity for resolving certain issues. You will need to file a Complaint Form. The VSA will review your form and will inform you of next steps. There are issues with which the VSA cannot help.

Option 4: I want to find other help

Speaking to another consumer organizations or to a lawyer may be a good opportunity for your issue.

Option 5: I do not want to take any further action.

You may already have an answer for your issue, or do not want to take action at this time.
